First day: Guided tour of the city of Viterbo, the City of the Popes, an ancient Etruscan capital with rich historical traditions. It preserves a monumental layout among the most important in Lazio: charming medieval neighborhoods, churches and cloisters from various eras, tall towers, and elegant fountains made of peperino stone. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Second day: The first stop will be the sumptuous Palazzo Farnese, dating back to 1559-1575, and its embellishing park-garden. The palace was designed by Vignola. Inside, you can admire the salons decorated by the Zuccari and other famous artists of Roman and European Mannerism. Lunch at the La Gentile farmhouse, by Lake Vico.

In the afternoon, transfer to Bagnaia and guided tour of Villa Lante. The Italian-style garden of the Villa is the central element between the twin buildings. Noteworthy are the presence of fountains, the stage for ingenious water games. At the end of the day, return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Third day: Departure for Tarquinia, an obligatory destination to access the mysterious world of the Etruscans. Visit to the Necropolis, rich in various types of frescoed tombs. Visit to the Museum located in the Vitelleschi Palace, which traces the history of the Etruscan civilization with exhibits displayed chronologically, including the group of Winged Horses. Transfer to Tuscania and lunch at a selected farmhouse. Guided tour of the two splendid churches of San Pietro and Santa Maria Maggiore and the historical center. Return to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.

Fourth day: Visit to Civita di Bagnoregio, an enchanting medieval village that overlooks a landscape of unusual beauty: the Calanchi of the Tiber Valley. Civita di Bagnoregio is a tiny center where time seems to stand still and can be reached only by crossing a pedestrian bridge.
