Located near Lake Mezzano, the farmhouse began its activity in 1991 with the renovation of the old farmhouse by the will of Eraclio and Mario Eros Zapponi.

Living and working on the Mezzano estate for several generations, the Zapponi family has a strong connection to the territory, which is why they decided to offer hospitality services in the farmhouse as well.

The farmhouse, the beating heart of the agriturismo, houses two dining rooms on the ground floor and rooms on the upper floor. An annex adjacent to the main complex welcomes additional rooms, each with a private bathroom and entrance.

Through careful restoration of two ancient buildings, the Zapponi family further enriches the tourist offer with a wellness center equipped with a sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, and chromotherapy whirlpool pools. The AgriSpa Frà Viaco also offers its customers mineral suspensions obtained from the use of rocks and thermal waters taken from the most important volcanic area in Europe, between Lake Bolsena and Lake Mezzano.

The large garden, a true terrace overlooking Lake Mezzano, allows guests to enjoy the pleasant breeze while savoring genuine products and excellent wines. A six-pointed sail placed under a centuries-old oak tree and a covered wooden gazebo make the garden the ideal place to organize ceremonies, wedding receptions, and picnics, surrounded by the scent of flowers and herbs.

The kitchen offers a wide range of options, and a large grill provides meat from local farms. Thanks to the welcoming spirit of the owners, it’s possible to spend unforgettable days amidst unspoiled nature, massages, and thermal treatments.
